A few more suggestions: Pyrogen, if the reaction is septicemia, convulsions, delirium, high fever, sweating. Hepar Sulph: if abscess forms with pus and arm becomes hypersensitive. Belladonna:
arm swells up with heat and throbbing and fever.
Hypericum: Sharp shooting pains in arm.
Apis: Anaphylaxis, throat closes, fever, wants cold applications, stinging pains, histimine reaction with hives, etc.
