Yes--the pathology you describe can be quite common in little children. Thank you for going further into depth with information of the diseases which ought to be ruled out when these symptoms present. You are quite right that many people simply dismiss these pains in children as "too much play" or minor ailments which will "pass".
I'm finding calc phos to be quite a useful remedy for the children in my family--neice and nephew have both manifested different symptoms of the remedy--the little boy had the bone pains in the legs, and the little girl already has the calc phos appearance and slow dentition. A lively, noisy, boisterous remedy for sure!
