I seen and listened carefully his lecture on video for your questions. What I noticed that
He can speak "t" which are coming inside the word but can't speak "t" those words which are starting from "t". For example
Technology = he cannot speak "T" here.
Plutonium = he can speak "t" here.
Yes! Sir, He can easily spoke "d" and "n".
His colleague Dr. Samar Mubarak Mand who was the head of the team who exploded nuclear device at CHAGI has no such problem. As he was born in Pakistan. I also met him and listened him. He has no such problem.
