As far as Sepia 6X is concerned, a low potency like that would have to be taken frequently in the beginning. In a severe situation, every 10 to 15 minutes until improvement sets in. A 30C would be preferable, which you can order from

I hope you take seriously my suggestion about stopping your supplements--vitamins, minerals, etc.--and see if your health changes for the better.
