I have the gels and will give it a try. I got the sepia in 6x (the only potency I can come by in my unequiped stores here). Is that sufficient? I have tried it and have mixed results. I think it really depends on the extent of the nausea. For the most part the description for the sepia is right on, but then there are days that it is so bad that I have to call into work and I am so tired that I crash out for the day. What do I do for those days? They may get me fired!
Dr. Leeah (spelling),
I am very tired, very dull feeling in that I do not get too excitable like my normal self, I am always dragging but just assumed that it is the "first trimester" thing. I am definately seeing the nausea worse when I am fatigued, which can happen from pulling off the covers, and when I eat. I have phenominal cravings, so many that I can't even count, and they range from sweets to salty and sour. Eating them, though, makes me immediately nauseated. I handle toast and pretzles without feeling like I am going to let loose. The drin of choice is peppermint tea. I have tried the ginger capsules here and there and it works a little, but I get such a disrupted bowel from it (gasy) that I stopped.
There is no time of day that is better. It is all bad. From the time I finally get out of bed to the time I am trying to get SOME sleep. I would really like to not have to sleep in the upright position. I spend most of my days trying to judge if it is going to make me let loose or is it just nausea. Still not a lot of vomiting, though. As a matter of fact, just a couple of times in all.
Lengthy, but hopefully descriptive.
