Dear Smiles
I went through the article and found this:

We would have to go into the fundamental distinction in the Organon between what Hahnemann called the Lebens-Erhaltungskraft and the Lebens- Erzeugungskraft. This is nowhere treated of or understood in the classical literature. One involves the healing function of the life force and the other involves the cure of disease. Unless a remedy acts on the aspect that cures, it cannot cure. It may be able to help the healing function heal, but it cannot cure.

the Lebens-Erhaltungskraft is the live maintaining principle
the Lebens-Erzeugungskraft is the Live creating principle.

Hahnemann in his Organon (6th. Ed) makes reference to the liveforce only.
There is no distinction which separates the liveforce into two, one curing, one healing.
There are different functions attributed to the liveforce.
This is where he leaves the grounds of homeopathy outlined in the Organon, and enters free speculation, of which already Hahnemann states in the footnote to par.:1
Footnote:
His mission is not, however,
to construct so-called systems,
by interweaving empty speculations and hypotheses concerning the internal essential nature of the vital processes and mode in which disease originate in the invisible interior of the organism.
(whereon so many physicians have hitherto ambitiously wasted their talents and their time);
nor is it to attempt to give countless explanations
regarding the phenomena in disease
and their proximate cause (which must ever remain concealed),
wrapped in unintelligent words
and an inflated abstract mode of expression,
which should sound very learned in order to astonish the ignorant
—whilst sick humanity sighs in vain for aid.
Of such learned reveries
(to which the name of theoretic medicine is given, and for which special professorships are instituted)
we have had quite enough,

and it is now high time that all who call themselves physicians should at length cease to deceive suffering mankind with mere talk, and begin now, instead, for once to act, that is, really to help and cure.
