Well, here are some signs she has NOW.
Wispers or talks softly to herself at night(frequently repeats a ca sound, if you know french, its like a hissing of saw many times.)
Holds one or the other hand under her head at night.
Frequently will lie on back with legs up(knees up?)
Shakes in bed after or just before she has to urinate.
Gestures into the air..as if pointing at something or reaching for something.
Appetite very good...will eat almost anything(has to be fed..though she handles sandwiches)
Is 80 years...very very strong. Can resist if she wants to.
Has bms every 5 or 6 days(used to be hard little black balls but after a few months on and off of alumina 30 c...it changed to more brownish...larger and softer.
Feet are icy...I mean through the socks you can feel it, icy cold and up the ankle a little. Rubbing them doesn't seem to help. In bed at night...they warm up a lot. But as day goes on...they freeze up.
She loves almost all music and will tap or move her feet or orchestrate with her head.
She is blind from glaucoma in one eye..the other eye had some sight but after cataract surgery..could only tell dark from light.
She hates the wind .
MOstly she sits...but if she starts moving around...she will find an object..piece of furniture and will start pushing on it. When she could see better...she would actually move the couch and chairs to different positions.
Very responsive to affection. If I tell her I love her she will act coy and pleased and smile. If I ask her to give me a kiss..she will kiss me...but I have to be very close to her face.
She is very very gentle, has a very gentle healing touch.
Earlier in her disease she would dance...and go on and on and on if she could...and she would sing. she can sing and carry a tune today.
She always has more energy in evening and in middle of the night. If there is genuine laughter around her she will join in...a laugh that says she is really enjoying something.
She loves to walk...I put her on treadmill.
She was always pretty cold...but now that she lives with me I keep the heat on high. But she doesn't or didn't like intense heat outside either. Soometimes when she sits she puts her head almost down to her knees. She will also gesture when she is sitting, pointing outward and then down to the floor.
I suppose this isn't a lot to go on. She was on calc carb off and on for many years before she got this.
I try things on her at 30c . She has to have a check up for day care once a year and her homeopathic doctor says she has a strong heart and she will live a long time. But he is very far away and he doesn't have much hope for changing anything with the alz and thinks she will always be calc carb.
She had tarentula on recommendation of another homeopath...and that reduced her original hallucinations that there were people around her. And when she had pneumonia a few years ago..the calc carb did nothing but afte one dose of tarentual..200c...in the hospital..she said..."when are we going"..her first words since the pneumonia.
When she starts to get a cold...I give her aconite, sulpher or nat mur and these seems to keep the cold in check...and always stimulate her bowels to move.
After some remedies she will say things in a complete sentence...like What time is it..Otherwise she pretty much cannot speak with the right words for anything tho she acts sometimes like she is saying something.
She gets bunions on her feet sometimes...and one came on side of foot after a dose of thuya 30c. She had arthritus in fingers but after she got alz...about 7 years ago...that seemed to stop. But lately her thumbs seem to be less connected to her hand..some arthritus there..maybe.
I'm not asking for a miracle...but then, of course, I am.
