I really don't think that Pulsatilla will help your period pains unless it is your constitutional remedy. There is however a remedy that is helpful in many people but which is a specific for this problem. Please describe the pain you get in as much detail as you can.

Ask your dentist about how much research has been done into Fluoride uptake in bones and brittle bone disease!!! I stopped giving my children fluoride tablets 25+ years ago when I was told by my dentist that no one yet knows the effects that fluoride will make in the bones as they get older. It can make them very brittle. Did you know that some people won't even drink tea because all tea contains fluoride?
