Hi Bettina,

I am really pleased about the status so far. I am sorry, I was away on an Ear Acupuncture course which I think I mentioned when we met in London.

I just have to agree with Ricky, that you are doing well and just keep it up.

It has been a long while to come on this BB because of certain commitments nothing else.

Hope everything goes well for you and all on this BB & other sites relating to health.
