Hallo to All
I want to shed a bit of light into this ‘’Heilkunst’’ business.
It comes from the title of Hahnemanns most influential work:

Organon der Heilkunst
Aude sapere

This title means:
Organon= instruction how to gain true knowledge
Der=of
Heilkunst= healing art which is not the same to,,art of healing’’
Aude= have the courage
Sapere=to gain true insight

Heilkunst in the Organon is the collective term for all the therapies available.
This splits into Homeopathic therapy and allopathic therapies.
Under Allopoathic therapies Hahnemann describes several different ones, such like bloodletting, burning of moxa, baths, Mesmerism.

In this context ,,Heilkunst'' has nothing mystic, supernatural, and the title of his work is not ‘’Organon of homeopathy’’. This implies that Hahnemann’s intentions were, that one is to become knowledgeable to all these therapies and then to make an informed decision.
