I have been thing a lot on this question, so far the question remains a query for me to solve.

Thanks for a quick response. I really appreciate it. You are right, treating the chronic case where miasms especially psora miasm is involved, the direction of cure is the guideline to manage the cases, but where it is not involved direction of cure doesn’t stand true to consider the precision of your prescription.

Psora = center to circumference,
And Syphilis, Sycosis = circumference to center.
If you are talking about the direction of cure, which I don’t take as a law of cure as our colleagues consider it. The question sounds a tricky one. The same thought occurred to me, when I first heard it. But I thought it better to place this question to this discussion forum to find out what others consider about it.
