Has he passed urine? What you've described, trying to go somewhere but seems not to know where.....dazed confusion, I think, maybe, trying to find the litter box. So often it is the last thing they do, stagger for the box.

I guess you're thinking uremia? Acon, but if he's calmed may be past the need. Bell has the central nervous disturbance, dilated pupils and body heat, if still present. What about apis, if he hasn't urinated and is thirstless. Or Ars if is for small sips?

Might go with apis first....200?

Do you have him on Ringer's?
