I have a patient who can't stop working all night. His brain just keeps on going on and on, with a profusion of ideas. And once he gets on to a topic, you can barely get a word in edge-wise. Everyone thinks he is a Sulphur patient because he is so hot he barely wears any clothes even in the winter, even though he is not an exhibitionist. He is also madly egotisitic, but thinks he is detatched and easy going. But when he took Sulphur it had no reaction. Anyone have any ideas?
