As I am a follower of not only homeopathy but the Eat RIght for Your Bloodtype(name of the book) I thought I would also mention the following information:
Type 0: cauliflour, brussel sprouts, and cabbage have a negative influence on the thyroid
Type A: no cabbage
Type B, and AB: no problem with those vegetables.
Brocolli, Kale, Spinach, romaine lettuce and collard greens are good for every blood type.
