PS, have you checked your values of vit A E D and K? If low, your a lycopodium patient.
And, Vegetarians do often lack vit K, i do not want to say that it is siginficant for all vegetarians, and that all are lyc.
The soil can yield too much alumina because of acid rain, water, so it can be a psossibility with alumina, Lycopodium too, that your veggies is to full of alumina.
Even your drinkingwater can be too full of it, esp if klorated.
