thank you Pat,i only use glass or stainless steel,and keep tabs on thyroid with my only RX of 3/4gr.thyralar and trying to get off of it by taking Standard Process Thytrophin once a day which has reduced the need for the high 2 gr. I used to take. Yes,GM I do eat a lot of cauliflower, brockle,cabbage,brussel sprouts, one at least a day.in additon to assorted nuts and seeds, kelp, which is supposed to be high in mag.the only oil I use is pure green virgin olive oil, at least 2 tbs. a day. that and nuts,nut butters, are my only fats as cholestral is 210 and want it lower.Yes, Ben, I hear you loud and clear and having been trying VERY hard to just do one homeo. I would love to get off of all vitamins, but feel at my age, with poor digestion, poor value in foods these days,even if using only so called fresh its already lost value, I also grow a few veggies of my own organicly which is very difficult as the bugs get there before I have a chance to pick them. I was thinking a Mag Phos would replace the Slo Mag. the doctor wants me to take, which as GM says, I know they do have side effects and i do not do well with all vitamins because of all the fullers, etc.in them, thats why I dont rush out and buy what the docs. say. only reason I went to him was checking to see that it wasnt my heart, as the tightness was felt in neck and wrist.and do know right arm pains, as well as left can be felt in heart problems. I do feel the Arsen. Iod.30c once or twice a week is working for my general mucus problems of sinus, chest, Kent talks about Arsen.Iod twitching of muscles,(mine is knots & cramps) and worse from warmth(opposite for me,I dont feel good about anything cold). Do you feel I should take it more often or increase now to 200x once a week before I attempt to add the slo.mag. or the Mag.Phos as i was thinking.thanks again everyone,I need all the thoughts and thinking I can get, so I can pro and con my thinking to help my body.
