I am a 47 year old woman.
I have occasional severe headaches, which I believe are a type of migraine. A day or two before the actual pain begins, I feel slightly dizzy and foggy. It's difficult to concentrate. The pain usually wakes me at night and is at the base of my skull. It is a gripping, dull pain. It radiates up the left side of my head and over my left eye. I usually have nausea and sometimes vomiting. If I can fall asleep for an hour or so this usually helps. A heating pad on the back of my neck helps. Cool air also makes me feel better. I feel very hot all over and sweat profusely. The pain is aggravated by noise and light.
I am the type of person who wants everything that I do to be perfect, which is of course, impossible. I also worry a lot. That all contributes to my headaches I'm sure.
I have tried Bryonia 30c and that does seem to help some, but I thought another remedy might be more appropriate. My experience with homeopathy is rather limited.
Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
