No, I don't drink or smoke. I used to smoke, but quit about 15 yrs ago. Take no medications. Over the years I have had the following surgeries: tonsils removed when small child, gall bladder removed, complete hystorectomy. I take an herb called "seven flower" to control my High BP and I am sure if I could get the weight off, I would be off that too.
