Thanks for the help. I am usually able to go to sleep (not always though. I do not drink anything with caffeine after abut 4pm (I usually have a cup of tea between noon-4. I eat very carefully also. I usually try to be in bed relaxed by 9-10pm. I generally fall asleep by 11-12. I am often very tired but sometimes as soon as I try to sleep I am wide awake! I have been practising concentrating on my breathing to eliminate thoughts, seems to help. BUT when I wake up at 3-4am I get concerned that I will not go back to sleep and I KNOW that I am my own worst enemy with this fear. It has happened - and I will not go back to sleep and am exhausted next day.
