Ben, I am happy for your good results. During my first pregnancy 27 years ago I developed what I think are swollen sinuses, which greatly reduced my ability to smell and breathing is often difficult through my right nostril. There are often crusts in the right side also, and occasionally an ulcer, right side only. I would love to have this gone, but I have been under very successful constitutional care for 15 years and it has never abated for a minute! Does this sound like any miasm you know of? The ulcers have responded well to Silica and Nitric acid in the past, although my homeopath felt that I should not need Nit ac. Took it on my own when the symptoms seemed to call for it and it worked. Since then I have needed Carc. once, which I understand relates to Nit ac. I used lots of Puls, and more recently Sepia, Silica, and Lycopodium have been prevalent.
