I used to get colds as a child and suffered from bronchitis, for which I was sent to the tropics. About 18 years ago I took some carcinosinum and for three weeks I coughed up dark mucus. At the same time, old scars from the pox vaccination became extremely tender and gradually changed colour, till they all but disappeared. They are still visible, but hardly so. In those three weeks, I could feel my lungs clean up from below upwards and every day breathing became easier. I also had an extremely runny nose, just like when I was a child. Since then, I think the miasm underlying the tendency to colds has completely disappeared. I consider this a cure and in my understanding, the body eliminates toxins through the liver and the kidneys, which are created especially for that purpose.

As cure is the high and only mission of the physician, the notion that one HAS TO HAVE COLDS, even every now and then, sounds like a denial of cure or its possibility. I do get runny stools, maybe every couple of months, (2 to 4) for about a day, which I understand to be the detox process and for which I never take anything as it only lasts a day. Does that satisfy you? It surely does me as I have horrid memories of bronchitis and the inability to breathe through my nose. The constant running of thick yellowish mucus was also not a pretty sight. I am perfectly happy with the result - wouldn't you?

As for sleep, I often sleep once every second day, but if I do that, I have to sleep in on the Saturday, meaning I then sleep upto maximum 6 hours.
