Ran B has the keynote of bluish vescicles and since this is an old shingles I doubt it would work. Mezerium is more likely to work and according to Clarke's Prescriber it is a specific for older people and for where the pain persists after the rash has gone. I used it on my elderly mother and she is fine now.
