I am glad to be a she, but whether everyone knows that or not is not important, as you say, we still talk about homeopathy. I made a point of mentioning it because we were already talking about spelling issues and then he/she called me he! That is a misspelling of my gender. Not actually, but it made a good joke.
As for homeopathy meaning opposite, I don't know what you mean- "same suffering or like suffering" is the meaning.
