There is a table by R.Gibson Miller on RELATIONSHIPS OF REMEDIES which I have at the back of a 1993 British Edition of Kent's Repertory.
It has also been published in Germany by Haug Verlag, but the booklet is so small, I can't find it right now.
Anyway, for Staph. he lists duration 20-30 days, no duration given for Tuberculinum.
