I am using sapon.30.It is very effective in the begining.

Disagree with the view of Divina .

In homoeopathy we give medicine according to smiliarity.That means for eg- a medicine for cold can produce the cold in healthy.So by homoeopathy there is no way of hindering or suppressing natural process.

Disagree with unwanted application of vitamins.Overdose of vitamins do harm more tha good.Especially about vit c ,it is carcinogenic in overdose,the latest reserch say.So pleease don't take unnecessarry overdose of vitamins if you have sufficient and if the body is capable of absorbing from common food articles.

Jen ,if you are constantly under attack of cold,you have to take your constituitional medicine .
