The problem is of course is that a person's constitution is NOT the same as a remedy. A person's constitution will change over time and according to various environmental stresses. At any stage a person may need different remedies, so depending what stage of their life you see them in, you may not be able to discern the remedy needed by their children.
What I have noticed though, is that once you have seen a person for a year or so, and have seen them go into a variety of states or acutes, you may see some of those remedies appear in the children also.
What I have also noticed is that miasms are usually shared within the family, so a strongly psoric parent will have children that need psoric remedies etc. Often the children need the Nosode associated with the parent's miasm, and I think if you can get this to them early in their lives, you can help prevent alot of suffering later. Children seem to clearly display miasmatic symptoms better than their parents.
