What colour are the scars? What are is the appearance of the ulcers? what is the childs appearance like? What is teh family history of illensses? What are the perpiration characterisitcs? Tongue characteristics?
what is teh child like? Violent impulses, aggressive or alternatively lack of confidence and weak?
IF these concomittants also seem to fit the picture then:
Red spots with a tendency to easy suppuration and ulceration as well as scaring after itching would point to MERC (I agree with Arshad). The modalities seem to fit as well as well as the cravings.
