Dear Chizu,

I'll try to answer your questions. First of all, you have to realize that pretty much everyone calls themselves "classical" and "Hahnemannian" whether they deserve to or not; so, if for instance you were to call a school and ask, "Do you teach classical Hahnemannian homeopathy?" The answer would be "yes", I can assure you; in fact, everyone is required to read the 6th ed. of the Organon, no matter what school you go to, and yet, despite all this and all the lip-service given to Hahnemann, when it comes time to prescribe, they give "one-dose-high and wait" every time. According to Luc De Schepper, only 10% of the world's homeopaths do 6th ed. Organon prescribing, and of that 10%, who knows how many are doing it right!

I guess what I'm saying is, the school you wind up going to may not know or teach Hahnemannian prescribing, but you can still learn it by buying Luc De Schepper's book, Hahnemann Revisited, or logging on to David Little's on-line academy.

Sincerely,

Snoopy
