About beverages.... water is the only beneficial.
Green tea and beer are nuetral.
Black tea and coffee are to be avoided.
There may be a juice or two that are beneficial.
White potatoes should be avoided.
Sweat potatoes are beneficial!
A friend of mine called me last month as her daughter had been sick for some time (AB). I told her to pick a few items off the beneficial list and give them to her every day. She was so amazed by the results!!!!
One thing to remember is that his book is a guide to eating/living well. Your toes won't fall off or anything if you eat a danish every now and then. But it is important to realize the effect of eating the avoids in quantity on a daily basis. (As with my friend who thought she was doing a good thing by grinding her own whole wheat flour. She came down with one of those mysterious auto immune disorders. She insists on being veg, too)
