Hi
Thanks all.
Mamma3 I will look at that web-site (I've just logged on). If you like I am a failed veggie. I started vegetarianism in 1984 and gave up in 1999! Why? Because I found that it helped my tendancy to depression. I particularly needed meat in my pregnancies and after when breast feeding. Even though all through those times blood tests showed that my haemoglobin levels were high. Recently, of my own accord, I have given up wheat for digestive problems. I always chose sea salt for iodine, since 1981. Although now I wonder about that and the implicatons for Nat Mur? But that is a 'by the by'.
Personally I cannot stand the smell of cooking meat! I can cope with chicken and fish and bacon. So I remain a veggie at heart

. That been said I do reach a point when I know I have to have meat. I can't stand the veggies you mentioned and would never even consider eating the fish on the list. They are not regulars on the menu in my part of the world.
So thanks for your replys. And yours Barbi, I too crave chocolate (not burgers) and loads of tea....
