There is a small remedy that has many of the symptoms you describe. It is Ambrosia (ragweed). You wont find the symptoms in the proving or in any material medica. However, after giving it for itching eyelids and then curing a migraine, we decided to do a small informal proving (three people). It developed many of the gastric symptoms and neck and shoulder pain, mostly right sided.
In addition to what's currently in the material medica, our small proving had:
right shoulder pain
pain inside and under shoulder blades
pain in neck
right sided headache starting in jaw
right sided headache starting in occiput
pain in neck extending to right shoulder, jaw and eye
feels like cervical vertebrae need adjusting
knot where neck and shoulder meet
headache better after nap
migraine better from cold application, lying down in dark, quiet room
Postnasal drip
feels like throat closes when in state of deep relaxation
mucous causes snoring
pain in neck and back of head relieved by drinking cold carbonated drinks (cola)
knot in right shoulder
occipital headache
headache in back of head to right eye
eyelids itch
fullness in ears
fullness in left ear with pain
diarrhea
temperature 99.2 with cold sweats on upper part or body, especially face
cold sweats alternate with heat
light headed
feels like sinus type cold coming on
gas after eating
temperature 99 with mild sweat
gas after eating (2nd person with SX)
ravenous hunger soon after eating
feels full and no appetite
growling in stomach with mild pain
hunger one hour after eating
eruptions in armpit, white and itchy
crampy constipation
crack in lower lip
blister on left nostril
painful sore on left side of nose
vindictive mood
feels hostile and angry
fleeting thought of suicide
