The treatment had been interrupted due to bad headache & neck pain by Advil & Tylenol.

Again, based on the sinus symptoms & overall case I took Kali Bichromicum 200C, one dose, & the next day I had very severe pain both on the back of my neck & side of the neck. I do not know if this confirms the remedy. After temporarily controlling it with allopathic medicines I am back on Kali Bi 200C but made a solution to increase the potency & a daily dosage. Method previously mentioned here before on this site.

I had developed a profuse nsal drainage. Currently, I only have to blow my nose few times a day. The discharge is sticky white (very little yellowish tinge in some parts). I am getting better w.r.t. sinuses. The jaw joint pain is also getting better. I won't be surprised if I had developed an ear infection & this pain was due to it.

Though, I wanted to continue for a little while the Kali Bi I was taking, I am building up signs that my headache is coming.. The back of my neck muscles are stiff & I am currently having mild pain..spasms..sometimes. I am feeling very fatigued..kind of dragging myself.

Any suggestions with any remedy keeping in mind the totality of the symptoms..to control the pain & continue with the homeopathic treatment? I know lot of homeopaths here have experience with migraine & tension headaches.
