thank you all for your wonderful responses. i have been away for awhile and just got back on. hoppitt415 it was interesting to read about the dx. he had an mri and they dx with shrinking of the brain. my dad is 68 and he was an alcoholic for many many years. i don't see to much of his forgetfulness. my brother works w/ him and says things like he'll tell him to get three parts and he'll come back w/ 1, or he'll forget how to do something(he's a plumber) that he's done all his life.my brother insists this has been going on for 3 years. he'll forget to turn off lights, he'll tell you the same stories he just told you but i don't see a huge difference. he is going to come to my homeopathic doctor. but having trouble with him to fill out his life history.
thanks again for all of your support and my well being. i've been very emotional especially around these past holidays, crying a lot. hope everyone has a HEALTHY , AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.
