Stainless Steel is fine ( even stainless steel pans with an Aluminium sandwich in the base are Ok )

The problem with many electric coffee makers slow cookers , steamers etc is they contain HIDDEN Aluminium elements

Its HEATING Aluminium that causes the majority of the problems and the only way I can describe its action is "RADIATION "

But ALUM used by many water companies to clarify/treat the water supply has been well shown by Southampton University to cause far higher levels of Alzheimers victims than in areas where water is not treated

You must also be careful with things like Sardine cans and ALL RING pull cans as these too are Aluminium

My Homeopath ONLY USED Alumina 6 or 30c in early stages of treating toxic patients
and only later 200c .........She said NEVER USE HIGHER as it could cause real problems

Both she and Dr Foubister insist its nessecary to give Alumen 200c once a week and to use any of the remedies already mentioned according to symptoms

Plumbum must be used as few people realise that lead is released from aluminium pans ( pain in big toe would be typical symptom )
