As you are a radiographer I bow to your superior knowledge Hoppitt . All I know is the way my mother in law was diagnosed was with a brain scan + psychological testing. It was through this she was identified as being in the early stages of Alzheimer's and thus a suitable candidate for Arisept treatment. And as I have said she seems to be doing very well on this + the odd Alumina 200 wich I prescribed through what symptoms I could identify which without her co operation was difficult!! She went from someone who had gone really quiet (2 years ago) back to her normal vivacious manner.
