Dear PK,

If a person has cancer, you have to take the case of the cancer and not let the constitutional symptoms influence you. You need a bladder cancer remedy that matches the symptoms. If it also matches the other symptoms in the case, that's fine, but it's not necessary. It's like, if your patient had the flu, you'd be looking for flu remedies that matched his symptoms and you wouldn't be saying, "Well, Eup-p. is a good flu remedy, but does it have the sleepines my patient has?"

Since Crot-h. does have sleepiness, I think that's a real bonus.
