Homeopathy does not treat these individual diseases, like allopathic (conventional medicine) does. In order for homeopathy to be effective in curing these ailments, it must be used to treat the whole person.

Certainly, all the pathologies you list above are treatable with homeopathy, with great success. But a full consultation with a homeopath (preferably one who practices classically, using one remedy at a time, with no combinations!) must be taken in person in order for these chronic conditions to be dealt with. Treatment can take time, and sometimes it is quite difficult to give the best remedy for the patient right off the bat--but homeopathy will be able to help better than any other treatment.
