I also hope to encourage you off the diet pop because of the aspartame. The options and alternatives are so many, no one should ever have to resort to that neurotoxin laden stuff just because they wish to have something sweet once in a while.

Soda water mixed with fruit juice is a refeshing change to all the syrupy tasting pop on the market. Another alternative is to brew up refreshing fruit teas then keep them cold in your refrigerator. You can sweeten these with stevia, if you wish, or just use honey or plain old sugar if you have to. Personally, I think they are fine even without sweetening, and the lack of sugar actually makes them thirst-quenching.

As to your other question about avoiding raw foods, some people believe that homeopathic remedies can be antidoted by every day substances which haven't been potentized. I am not one of them. I'd say if you were in the habit of eating a lot of raw veggies, it would be unwise to ask you to stop; particularly if you benefit from this. The antidoting question has been discussed many times on the BB--some believe in the theory, others don't. Perhaps you can find the thread and read up on it yourself...then make up your own mind about it after educating yourself. (All I can say is I'll be glad when a few homeopaths who are doing the research on how homeopathic remedies work--the theory of the memory of water, in physics--finally publish their books, we shall see the antidoting theory put to rest once and for all).
