Is her tongue coated?
What happens if you give her spicy food - does she refuse it or does it make her ill in some way?
Is her aversion to spicy food unusual for a three year old in your experience? [In the UK, not many children are given spices at a young age.]
Does she have a large head for her size?
Has she done well on a particular remedy in the past?
Does she eat anything unusual as children sometimes do - eg sand, chalk, soil, toothpaste etc?
Is she a warm or cold child - ie hands and feet warm or chilly?
When she was vaccinated did she mind the needle?
Which ear - left or right - is affected?

If you would like to, you are welcome to send a photograph of her to me at thegreen@cwcom.net

As for diagnosis, the only way to get a sure diagnosis is to biopsy, but with homoeopathy a diagnosis is not always needed.
