If you do go to someone in person - make sure you ask questions about his/her method of practise - i.e., a Classical approach - meaning:
One Dose one time and wait method.
One remedy at a time! NO MIXING!
And that s/he follows Hering's Law of Cure to ensure cure is actually taking place, instead of suppression or palliation (soothing the symptoms rather than curing).
Personally, I think it is indeed best to see someone in person, but, of course, if you can't find someone locally, then post all here and see how it goes
