Hi Houstonqt,
I am also in Houston, and am watching the situation very closely. Check out the Texas Department of Health Official Website: http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/#Buttons.html

Homeopaths will need symptoms to recommend a remedy.

Here are the symptoms that TDH dept put out:

"Symptoms of meningitis may include:
In Adults:
Fever
Severe headache
Stiffness of the neck
Nausea and maybe vomiting
A skin rash that looks like small, purplish red spots

Persons with meningitis may also be confused or very drowsy; sometimes they may even go into a coma from which they cannot be awakened"

On Repertorizing just these symptoms, some of the key remedies I came up with are:

Acon, Bell, Arn, Calc, Nux V, Sep etc..

Bell & Nux V came out high.

However, since every individual's symptoms will be unique, you should really note down the exact symptoms and then repertorize on individual basis.

Lets keep our fingers crossed

I would be interested in others comments also.
