HI Hoppitt, I did the same thing the first time! I have Netscape..and what I did the first time was download the book..and saved it RATHER than installing it - and when I looked in Windows Explorer to find the file and open it - it was all gobbledy gook!

So, I deleted that and started over (since it was such a small download ).

The 2nd time, I downloaded - and when it gave the option to install - I clicked on INSTALL..and that brought up WinZip automatically - and then I was able to open it in Word later. (remember to tell it WHERE to unzip the file to...i.e. c:\my docs\homeopathy bookes - or whatever folder you have allocated for homeopathy downloads.

If you're using a different Browser - not sure, but if it is Windows Explorer...you shouldn't have any problems.

Try it, and let me know ....if you CAN'T get it to work - I'll email the file (zipped) to you!! much easier, hey...
