Do you suppose it could be a Calc/Tub case. The hairiness suggests to me either Carc or Tub, and I went for the obvious Carc since that fits many of the symptoms. But your idea of Calc fits others better, and then Tub could fit the rest.
If this is correct, open with Sulph 30 followed next day by Tub 1M?
