You might have hit the reason why it hasn't work that well, EMR..perhaps it wasn't the correct remedy because the cause wasn't identified.

I agree with Frank, the etiology must be found so that the correct remedy can be prescribed. Perhaps a trip to that homeopath that JVolkman suggested is a good idea, after all. (Even call and say what has happened, and ask if he will see you anyway - since this is acute - you may find he will .)
