Since Staph can sometimes help people who always get lots of mosquito bites as a preventative ( I know, you shouldn't use homeopathy like this) I can understand how it can work on the lice. Again it would only work on susceptable people.

The conditioner and comb thing is the best with lavender in the rinse water as a preventative to reinfection as the lice don't like the smell!!
