I have taken remedies as prescribed by a trained homeopathic physician, but it seems from my experience as a patient over the past five years that there is at least as much art as science to homeopathy and that the approaches can vary significantly. Is that so? The physician who advised me several years ago prescribed Calc Carb 10 M once a month for nearly four years, for example. We talked about that regularly, and he felt it continued to be right. Would there be schools of homeopathy that see constitutional remedies that way?

Now, for the current problem, how would you advise I deal with spots in the visual field that may be the result of taking phos 30 c daily for several weeks? Should my body settle back on its own if the remedy provoked this problem?
