Question

I don't think that heel spurs and plantar fscitis is the same thing. Heel spurs is a bony growth that ususally appears behind the heel and digs into the achilles tendon causing pain. Plantar fascitis is a problem (adhesions possibly) with the deep fascia of the sole of the foot. This will give you a burning pain in the morning after you get out of bed, as you take your first steps of the day. It would be wise to ascertain exactly what the problem is before suggesting remedies.
