I read in Lilliental under Labor - puls that "it corrects malposition of the foetus by stimulating the action of the muscular walls of the womb" therefore your comment about not repeating Puls because foetus may not have room to move at this late stage puzzles me. Still you're here and Mr Lilliental is not! so maybe I'll give another dose of caul. instead.
