Given limited info Puls 200c seems reasonable. See if there is any emotional stuff in the way that needs clearing. Mums are not factories and babies have their own timetables so do not worry too much if baby is not distressd. Bear in mind baby may not have room to turn at this late stage and repeatiion of the Puls is not advised.
