Have just spoken with my GP regards treatment for hiatus hernia. He wrote me a script for lansoprazole,but I said I would probably go the homeopathic route. Have been advised that losing some wieght would help and as the hormone treatment seemed to trigger my weight gain have also decided to stop the oestrogen So I will try the sepia Just one dose and no coffee. That's no problem. But no wine, oh dear I will miss that !
